Project Completion

A project that is almost complete is not what our customers expect.  Aspire’s Project Completion services will make sure the last 5% of the project receives the same focus as the first 5%.  We are there to ensure the building occupants have an enjoyable and seamless transition into their new space.

Close-Out: We oversee the project close-out requirements of the contractor and design team.  We will verify that the punchlist is completed, O&M Manuals are accurate, commissioning is successful, and warranties are properly prepared.

Move-In Coordination: Moving into a new building can be a challenge.  We schedule and coordinate with utility companies, FF&E vendors, and contractors so everything is in place for the building occupants on day one.

Warranty Management: When a building occupant discovers a wet ceiling tile, they often times do not know who to call.  Is it the general contractor, roofing contractor, window contractor, or waterproofing contractor?  And who moves the furniture to allow the contractors to do their inspections?  We coordinate and manage these issues for our customers.
